Root cause: some Forge Remote requests from Atlassian carry larger tokens, which pushed their headers just over 8 KB. Embedded Tomcat in instance-creator has a default header limit of 8 KB, so it rejected those requests with HTTP 400 before they reached the app. For the affected customers, Forge license events weren’t delivered to their Getint instances. We fixed it by raising server.max-http-header-size to 32KB

We are investigating an issue preventing customers from accessing the administration pages of Getint Jira apps.
Synchronization services continue to operate normally; the issue is limited to access to administration pages.
